According to a news article in France this morning Toulouse are about to offload MDR. Does anybody know if he is still centrally contracted to the SRU as this could mean we could see him back in an Edinburgh Jersey.
Feel sorry for Marcus and what he has had to go through over the past 12 months but I would prefer to see the sort of money Marcus commands spent on the development of 4 rookie players coming through.

He is not centrally contractedto the SRU.... he is (at the moment) contracted to Toulouse. I don't believe he will return to Edinburgh... but wouldn't be surprised to see him out West.
I did hear from those in the know that he will not be returning to Edinburgh (but that was a month ago) |

| It's a shame things haven't worked out for Marcus di Rollo at Toulouse, but at the end of the day it was his decision to leave. As with Paterson, if he does come back to Edinburgh I hope it's because Andy Robinson thinks he still has something to contribute rather than because he's one of Frank Hadden's favourites. |

He'd be better heading to Italy for some game time as he wouldn't make it into the first XV at any GP or ML team.
Or perhaps he could come and play at Leeds in the first division next season, but I can't see him being Neil Back's kind of player really. |

Sonians could find a space on their bench for him.
I loved Lineen's denial Glasgow were interested. |
