Kerr arrived shortly after the change of ownership if I recall correctly. Only Hamilton and Paterson were summer signings.

| Oldsalt, like I said I haven't seen the matches, so I'm not even trying to defend CP. I was just trying to figure out how the team's problems could be blamed on a supposed sudden flood of Scotland internationals 'coming back', when the only returner is CP and Hamilton has barely started playing yet. The internationals specifically mentioned as doing things wrong/badly/inconsistently were Kerr, Hogg, Southwell, Blair, Godman and Chunk, all of whom were at Edinburgh and playing last year. With the way Hugo has been playing the last two years, I don't think the substitution of Paterson at fullback can really have caused so much disruption that the whole team, including the pack he isn't in, are now falling apart! |

Mossie's biggest problem is he tries too hard - but the try he setup for Robertson against the Scarlets was fantastic, we will see more of him when Cairns returns I hope. Paterson still has that 5yds pace to take him through gaps created by the line in front of him.
All this talk of disruption is nonsense, yes they are missing Rennie and Cairns, but to suggest the return of Mossie and a new signing in Hamilton is cause of our current form is grasping at straws.
They are getting bossed at the breakdown, producing appallingly slow ball, they have a 10 who crawls into his shell after a mistake and no outside centre.
There is also questions over there commitment from what I have seen, no fire in their bellies. |

superl99, I guess we will just have to keep watching the games to see how things pan out. Keep an eye on who appears to be making decisions on the park.
Who knows what kind of team we will have available after the AI's. |

You seem to have missed the bit where I said I haven't seen the games. I don't have Setanta and I can't make it to matches, so I can't keep an eye on anything. That's why I come on here for news and opinions, and why I asked the question. The only match I've seen was Wasps! |
