I was in the row immediately behind the entrance to the season ticket area. The main problem was that the supporters who bought tickets on the night and the steward at that entrance couldn't read properly. It was only when another steward came across to help that he read the tickets and saw they were for section 23 and not 21. In the mean, some season sticket holders had got so p'd off that they had gone elsewhere to find seats.
The situation certainly wasn't helped by the weather but that shouldn't stop people from counting to 23 or being able to follow the alphabet to find their seats. |

Noticed that the crowd for the Ospreys vs Blues match last night was only 8,500. That's a bit disappointing for one of the biggest Welsh derbies, I must say. We'll soon be getting bigger crowds than them, the way things are going |

Hiya,
We had an absolute nightmare with seating on Friday night.... We got there early, as I am currently mobility challenged, and got into our seats ok. Our friends have 3 season tickets in the row in front of us. They arrived right on kick off, due to work commitments, and found others sitting in their seats. They asked politely if these folks would move, and one did, without a problem, but the other two men (I certainly wouldn't call them gentlemen) refused to move, even though they had tickets which said no access to 19/21. The stewards were not interested in sorting this out, telling our season ticket holder friends to 'go sit somewhere else', even though they clearly had their allocated seats.
Yes, it was the first game, and yes, maybe the stewards were overwhelmed, but this was a simple and obvious case of folks having their allocated seats being sat in by someone else. One of the reasons I've got an allocated seat is that sometimes I'm tight in getting from work to the game. If this happens to me, I will kick up a proper fuss!
Rant over. Thank you. |

Thanks, good point! I feel better for my rant, however. |

Perhaps you should have threatened to either:
1. start screaming "get your hands of me"
or
2. gub them
? |

| Jen Star, your treatment is unacceptable and you must, as Oldsalt says, follow through with Nic Cartwright. I'm a season ticket holder and I've always found Nic very responsive. |

Absolutely. If the management team don't know there's a problem, they can't fix it. |
