I gave Simon Webster the name of Sexy Lexy as he looks like Lex Luther in Smallville. although I do call him Webbo sometimes.

Surely that now belongs to Alex?

Was Webster not also called "Skull" once before? I presume because of his lack of hair.

Bit lazy, I know, but there are some amusing entries here.

I particularly like "World Class Phil". Lol

Quote:
Chunk - Allan Jacobsen. Not hard to guess the origin of this one. Comes from a long line of classic prop nicknames such as “Mighty Mouse” or “Teapot”.

Chunk has been called that since he was a wee boy, as his favourite film was "The Goonies", and his family thought he looked like Chunk in that.

Quote:
Mossy - Chris Paterson seems to get called this regularly. Anyone know the origin of this? (see Bill’s comment below for more)

Called after his favourite cartoon character.

The only difference I can see is that the Jamaican fellow isn't as 'fleet of foot' as our 'Bolt'........

Indeed all we need is "Bolt" to get the Apollo archer pose after scoring and it will be obvious to all!
