I can't find any information on the organisational structure at ER. You have Cartwright at the top and Hastings below him, but where does it go from there? It's not outlined in the SRU Annual Report (I thought corporate structure was a fairly elementary inclusion in these types of reports), in fact I can't find the SRU organisational structure there either. Does anyone know if there is one outlined somewhere or, alternatively, can you please inform me as to who the other senior members are?

Gavin Hastings is really nothing more than a figurehead, if his job is anything like his Glasgow counterpart's then he chairs a non-executive "community board" which basically wields no real power whatsoever.

The board which does wield real power, and to which Nic Cartwright is answerable, is the SRU board, whose membership can be found here.

That's the way I think it works anyway. If anyone knows better, I'm more than happy to be educated myself!
