I agree. Someone's clearly put a bit of effort into this.
Judging by some of the photos on the group's site, one of the main concerns is the impact on the view from the low rise flats to the north of the stadium. That seems to have been addressed by having a smaller temp stand which also does not run the entire width of the pitch. The capacity in the south stand is quite significant and I'm impressed that they've managed to do that without an impact on the access road. I see that they don't appear to be making significant changes to the terracing on the East side, but that would need to be tackled if the move were to become permanent.
On access, I'm interested in the data they have on where people live and bus services. With Morningside Road within 20 minutes' walk, there's a bit of choice of bus routes beyond those beside Myreside itself and plenty of places to have a nice cup of tea pre-match. Realistically, a lot of folk will still drive but now that Merchiston is within the controlled parking zone there's a fair bit of on-street parking capacity there, to take one example, to complement any park and rides at Napier and Meggetland.
All that's missing in the visuals is a pitch side hedge or something similar. Some topiary would be nice.
