There's usually a decent craic in the pubs around Twickenham station - the Cabbage Patch etc. But they are a fair walk from the ground.
We've often used the St Margarets after the game.

However the claim it's a stone's throw from Twickenham is outrageous - 15 / 20 minutes walk IIRC
The Duke of Cambridge is a bit quieter for Quins games - Kneller Rd, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 7DT. But good luck with parking - it's pretty much all residents permits round there.
Decent Guinness in the ground if all else fails.
