On rotation we can't rotate really without our internationals and to be honest we don't have a good squad at all. If a player isn't playing for us it's because they aren't good enough.

I thinl it's possible but that is not Hodge's way of doing things.
Who can we field that we haven't?
None in the front-row.
Bressler in the second-row.
Ritchie is only used at 7.
Fowles at 9.
Rasolea, Tofilau for the centres.
Bryce for the back-three.

The others are with Scotland (I think Du Preez and Gilchrist will travel with them; Dell - Ford - Berghan - Watson - Weir) or injured (Whyte - Dickinson - Sutherland - Bryce - Nel - Manu - Northam - Helu).
It's true that we don't have a real depth but it's more worrying to see that Solomons has recruited players that Hodge doesn't want to use (Tofilau, Bryce, Bressler, etc...)

Hardie on bench for Scotland so Ritchie starts at 7 for us tonight

Ok that does make a slight change but to be honest I am still not convinced he is good enough to be blocking an academy player coming through. He is pretty basic in his play. It just means that for a new coach coming in he has 3 SHs under contract, so really nowhere to go in that department which is crucial and we have struggled of late, no matter what the potential of SHC and Kennedy they are not showing it on the pitch.

Only two are in contract, SHC and now Fowles, Kennedy is out of contract.

The academy option, Fraser, has been injured this season and not had much game time at London Scottish (2 starts + 3 on bench), so Fowles has got the gig I imagine as the better SQ option.

Lovely try, good start.
Don't mention Rory Hutton. I did once but I think I got away with it.

Well Worked try. We look awful in defence, just hideous. Look decent with ball in hand.

First up defence is awful with too many tackles missed and we don't seem to know what defensive plan is, too many men committed to rucks and getting caught out wide outnumbered. Back row don't look a good mix and again a lot of the heavy lifting and carrying being done by the young props who are doing ok again. We will be lucky to avoid 50-60 point defeat here!

Men against boys, albeit the boys are showing some enterprise when they get the ball. But a drubbing is on the cards here. We really have to stop just kicking easy ball to them, it's just pointless.
