KO 19:05 Scarlets Away - GUINNESS PRO12 2016/17

BBC 2 Wales and Online Red button

After the 6N it is back to ER in the league (oh joy!)

Not sure what team to expect, do we give our internationals a rest ahead of the QF or do we get them back into the team to try and give the squad a lift.

Scarlets are 5th and playing pretty well so expect a tough match more so if they have their internationals back. Think getting anything out of this game would be a good result.

Ideally I thikn you would play them but we are usually very conservative with bringing players back.

Unlikely to see Watson but Ford, Gilchrist, Berghan, Dell, Weir & CDP haven't really played much rugby over the past coupel of months so unless they have a niggle no issue bringing them back. I hope Gilchrist brings back the grunt he showed vs Italy, he was starting to look like a player again.

Scarlets are a good team so not expecting much out of this match.

It is the usual "strong looking team" for us although the bench options are a bit thin with Dell our only fit LH.

I still hope to see us put in an 80 min performance at some point this season.

Are we going to help Glasgow? 8)
It would help cement our 9th place too. I'm not too worried about McCallum at LH. He's played there much more than at TH.
I don't expect much but who knows? On a good night, our pack can perform, Hoyland and Kinghorn can be lethal in attack, Brown can stop them in defense and Weir can secure the win with his accurate kicking :). Yes, I'm in a good mood this morning!

Players unavailable due to injury: Magnus Bradbury (knee), Neil Cochrane (calf), Jack Cosgrove (ankle), Alasdair Dickinson (foot), John Hardie (knee), Sean Kennedy (foot), Nasi Manu (shoulder), WP Nel (neck), Rory Sutherland (groin)

It's good to finally see Bresler back on the pitch. We've missed him this season.

Well that was a great start. Obviously been watching the Scotland team defensive strategy closely.

I'm wondering if this is some kind of perverse Comic Relief sketch?

Ahh. The old "lull them into a false sense of security" game plan.

It's a decade long performance art piece. Critics have praised it as 'mind-numbing' and 'why does this exist?'
