Good side and strong bench. With Cardiff on a good run of form it should be a very competitive game, and could definitely go either way. Another nail-biting last 10 minutes, I suspect.

Stop Nick Williams on the gain line and run the lungs out of him early with a high tempo game. Get Hardie into the ribs of their 10's, who both like to run. Be careful to execute quick and accurate clear outs at the breakdown (Blues looked good in that area against Ulster last week). Nail that and we will win. Looking forward to seeing Nel and Jenkins going at it as well. I'm really looking forward to this!

For those that are all positive about tomorrow and want to check out the semi final opposition, the Pau v Stade match is on BT Sports tonight at 20.00 GMT.

On the eve of his 100th cap Cockerill on Mckenzie, another great interview.

Williams has been way past his best days as the huge ball carrier, tackle him low and he'll fall easily enough. His main value these days is over the ball at the tackle. If he gets set pretty much immovable - gets a few jackals and pens every game, so yes quick and accurate clear outs essential

Now that's a commendation.

it is.
I suspect Cockerill thought that those who had been around longest were in general those who needed to "find new challenges". That and shifting the odd player still up himself. Job not quite finished

Right, I'm off to the pub for a warm up. Let's get it right round these Welsh bassas.
Don't mention Rory Hutton. I did once but I think I got away with it.

Not good enough at all.

Surprisingly poor. Key men didn't come to the fore at all.

Fair play to Cardiff. Got their tactics spot on and have an exciting you side.
