I am not.

How they react next week will say a lot, our howler at home v benetton last season was a turning point for us defeat to the Kings needs to be for them.

Think Disco pointed in the past ER and GW are on different recruitment cycles so they have a lot more out of contract this season and then us again the following season etc assuming Rennie extends I think there will be a bigger turnover this season and also assuming they don't over extend to keep Hogg who is bound to be offered £1m plus from England or France which the SRU can't match but would 500-600k keep Hogg at Glasgow that is 2or 3 very good players instead of a single superstar.

....who will probably only play a dozen games a season at most.
Don't mention Rory Hutton. I did once but I think I got away with it.

Nico with a nice finish to score for Glasgow but a top NZ style dummy / blocking line run by McDowell to create the hole the sort Scottish teams rarely seem to get away with, good to see.

Ulster 0 points from the Sportground. Good start to the weekend for Edinburgh - if we can take advantage.

Ulster were shocking at times I thought tonight, hoping Glasgow will play as bad.

Lee-lo gets an interception, Scarlets aren’t getting anything from this match now

Shame Benetton won, otherwise everything went our way this weekend

Good weekend for us.

Conference is so tight but we are right back in it, really need to capitalise over the next few matches, those that come in v Kings etc have to step up as those that have played the last few weeks have and put their hands up for regular selection.

We have a golden opportunity now. Home to the Kings, while Glasgow should be hurting and capable of doing us a favour at Treviso. Leinster will equally be hurting and should have enough for Ulster at home.

Then away to the Kings (Scarlets at Leinster, Ulster v Benetton), and home v the Dragons (Ulster go to Ospreys, Benneton and Scarlets taking points off each other).

Really important we for three wins, two or three bonus points. The worry will be that, while we have a 15 that can take on anybody, our strength in depth isn’t there yet. We’ll be resting some front line players v Kings, and will then be into Six Nations. Very important to get Barclay, Scott, Carmichael back (Mackenzie will be on the bench v Kings I expect).

Dragons win, is this a good, are they far enough behind to be out of it and so keeping the top 8 spots in view?

Don’t think Dragons are close enough at this stage to compete so doesn’t matter. We still have them at home (and of course lost to them away) but as they improve, they will take points off others at RP so it’s all good for us on the assumption we will beat them at BTM. The international stadium has been a complete fortress for us this season. I just hope the new one is as well.
Bill Mata. The second coming?

Be brilliant for us if the Dragons beat them.
