Bhatti signs back for Glasgow next season.

Was it Rennie that let him go?

Ross Thompson really impressive for Glasgow tonight.

Were he and Chamberlain fighting for the 10 Jersey at U20?

I know we play differently and VDW did well on debut v Ireland but can see Thompson backing up Russell and Hastings in the Scotland squad pretty soon.

Chamberlain was better for me. Nothing Thomson did tonight Chamberlain could not, and he had a better running game. Is been a season when both Edin and Glas have been left shorn of experience at 10. Glas have now made a real opportunity from an adverse situation and should reap dividends. Meanwhile.........

I think Chamberlain benefited from playing behind a much more dominant pack to be fair.

Agree he is fully capable though but watch everything go through 9 and him barely touch the ball tomorrow.

Thompson is a year older than Chamberlain. Thought Chamberlain looked the better of the two and Thompson wouldn't look nearly as good as he has done. Fair play to him.

The Rugby Paper has Cornell Du Preez moving to Toulon next season. How dreadful for him . . . . no future for anyone moving to Worcester

Nic Groom has joined London Irish.

Him leaving immediately is a bit strange and I wonder if it fueld the rumours of Cockers having a problem with the squad.

I liked Groom, but I dont think he ever quite fired to his full potential for us, he added pace to the game when he played though. I remember thinking how good he and Hickey could be together if we got them on form, sadly it never really happened.

I thought added a bit of vavavoom to the play and would have a wee charge himself, good luck to him.
