Annoying to see Muncaster has picked up a knock, hopefully it's not too bad.

It just shows that even with our enviable depth in the back row we end up playing locks at 6. Phillips has the pace by the looks of things but he doesn't strike me as a blind side.

Overall it's a strong looking team.

edit, oops, I said Phillips at 6 when I meant Young, as I'm sure youse aa kent weil fine.

Odd that Kunavula is not listed as injured nor named in the squad, yet we have chosen 5 second rows. Could be one of those strange passport/Kolpak things (never understood it).

I had been hoping that Cockerill's departure would allow JVDW to really show a high class all round game at 10. Really hasn't happened so far for a variety of reasons ( not all down to him ), but he's letting his chance slip imo. Hope tomorrow night is the start of something.

He had that excellent game against Stormers at the beginning of the season where it seemed he was enjoying the leash being off, but he's not been great in his recent appearances.

He was in the squad that played over at Scotstoun a few weeks ago but didn't ravel to South Africa, presumably due to being crocked.

Maybe he's just not up to speed with training yet?

Steve lawrie quoted in TOL

“Luke Crosbie is progressing well, Nick Haining and Damien Hoyland as well, these guys are all touch and go over the next couple of weeks, so we’ll hopefully be able to welcome them back. Mesu Kunavula is not a long-term injury so we’re hoping he’s going to be right over the next few weeks as well. It is great for the run-in because we’re going to need bodies.”

Anyone know if the match is definitely being livestreamed?
Fixture doesn't seem to be shown on the EPCR tv site unlike the Saracens game.

Said £1 at checkout for me but I still got charged 4.99 Euros with Paypal. Perhaps not the most robust of systems.

Watched on EPRC TV as couldn't make game. Embra too good for a poor Pau side. Some good performances but hard to tell how good given how poor opposition were. However good to see any side Blair picks looking well prepared and able to play good fast rugby. Only downside was worrying injuries to De Bruin and Venter, Nel was breathing through his KelvinDeaker for the last 10 mins of the game. Now Bradbury is getting a run of games he is looking very very good and carried strongly again, shame he is off at the end of the season. Job done, roll on Bath.

Yip the injuries are a worry, agree on the Blair way looks like whole squad has bought in and know role/structure.

First half we were good rambo and Boyle looked to be everywhere. Scored some nice tries and never looked troubled.

Second half was not great lot of errors no momentum but a couple of nice tries.

Good result if not great performance.
