I wouldn't normally post anything not strictly rugby related here, but this does have a Edinburgh Rugby connection.

An Iranian couple (Damien Hoyland's grandparents), who have lived in Edinburgh for 40+ years, are being threatened with deportation.

I'd seen the story, hadn't realised they were Hoyland's grandparents. It's bloody disgraceful, here for more than forty years, working, paying taxes, bringing up their kids and this happens to them. Ashamed to be part of a cou try that does this to people.

I would post this on the Glasgow board but I'm not very popular over there. Someone should though.
