All ten of Edinburgh Rugby's apprentices will be in action over the coming days - weather permitting!

After a place on the bench last week Steven Lawrie earns promotion and will start at hooker for Edinburgh in their Heineken Cup match versus Leinster in Dublin on Saturday. Joining him in the senior squad are Andrew Easson and Steven Turnbull who are both named on the bench.

Four apprentices will not play club rugby this weekend having been selected in the Scotland

Under 20 line up to face the Edinburgh Rugby A Squad on Monday evening at Meggetland, Boroughmuir RFC.

Kyle Traynor and Innes Brown will play limited game time for Watsonians and Heriot's respectively on Saturday as they will both play again on Monday night for the Edinburgh XV v Scotland U20.

In Premier Three, Fraser McKenzie will also play limited game time in a top of the table clash against Haddington in an effort to help Dunfermline gain promotion into Premier Two.
