I thought Ben Healy played very well, which was great to see after the Benetton game in which he looked a bit passive and uncertain at times. His kicking and passing were really good and he seemed to manage the game very confidently.

He's still a young guy and has come into a brand new environment (and a team with a new head coach) without being involved in any of the club's pre-season activity. He will continue to improve and hopefully the one or two folk who've seen fit to criticise him already will be forced to change their opinions.

I agree he has been playing well and slotted in well. Ive been impressed with his variety, still work to do on getting the backline moving, but he is getting there, his kicking and control was never in doubt.

I havent been critical of him, more cautionary that he is not the messiah, he was 3rd choice at Munster and it would be too much to expect him to come straight in and flourish, as it happens he has done that and been more than we should have expected.

Still learning though, i think the more he plays the better he will get, Ali Price will also help him.
