Pass marks for Darcy and that’s it. We were a penalty try away from a complete humping at home against a struggling side. Just grim.

Munster away now. Happy days.
Bill Mata. The second coming?

we know (allegedly) why there is no more experienced 10 back up. So we played games when Chamberlain could have had more game time Cockerill said VDW would start and finish, Chamberlain not ready. But needs must was obvious. He was the same with Sheil, who is now being asked to deal with games like this in what, 4th start with an AWOL 10

He'll no doubt shout at them in the changing room, tell them they are SteveWalsh, and he'll feel better, which will help. and be candid we ain't good enough with the media, so all forgiven

Thrashed at home, didn't threaten their try line for 70 minutes not many worse ways to start a season. The whole team (bar Graham) were fairly poor so harsh to single anyone out, but Gilchrit's indiscipline is absolutely maddening, give Hodgson or Davidson the start against Munster.
Really disappointing to see how physically dominant the Ospreys were, this is supposed to be a powerful pack, hasn't really looked that way in the last few games

Disappointed in the performance and the tactics.

We know our squad is limited and losing bradbury and Crosbie early was far from ideal but we just were not at the races tonight.

Hopefully this is an early wake up call.

Utter Steve Walsh tonight, with only pass marks for Darcy, although it had to be said that the early injuries didn’t help. However, the total lack of leadership on the park, especially from the senior players in the group, was blindingly obvious. On this performance, don’t think we need to bother about losing too many to the national side.

Yes Cockers needs to mix up the tactics. Doing the same things over and over. Didn't have Kinghorn or VdM to provide spark. Without those two firing and Graham we're so average. Oh and Scott.

First one this season :)

I think this performance was a lot worse than the Ulster and Bordeaux efforts.

In his last 3 games, Grant Gilchrist has the same number of penalties conceded as metres made with ball in hand (4 penalties conceded including one leading to a yellow card; 4 metres made from 12 carries).

As in a previous match (2nd Glasgow game) Chamberlain was largely protected with Talor coming in as first receiver.Frankly the game was long gone by the time he came on so really this should have been a chance for him to be given more responsibility and thus more ball.
Surprised none of the tv commentators, press or online here have made any comment on the loss of two back row players in the first 20 minutes? We had to play 60 minutes with a second row in the back row. This totally changed the dynamics and whilst not an excuse for the pretty feeble performance made it a totally different game. (and neither injury looked like something threy'll shake off quickly so already back row stocks looking heavily depleted what with Mata's injury .) Great pity as I thought that was a match taylor made in those conditions for Crosbie to shine and put a case for international inclusion.

Crosbie's injury looked nasty a few months out with ligaments in my very unmedical opinion. But that's no excuse for such an insipid performance. Ospreys scored some good tries and clearly wanted it more.

Just hugely disappointing.
