Ritchie could be a big miss at the breakdown, would have preferred Crosbie (although form perhaps dipped a bit) as Bradbury and Mata strengths elsewhere so could see us struggle a bit more against Gordon and Fagerson (x2) although Cherry coming in at 2 is very good over the ball.

Our front row and replacements looks strong again so expect us to go after Glasgow Scrum again early on but hopefully take points if chance arises.

Lineout - Gray bossed it last time out interesting to see if the Gilchirst/Toolis combo competes better although without Ritchie/Crosbie as extra jumper we may be easy to defend against again.

Backs - will they get the ball or they for defence only?

Blain and Toolis out. Probably best avoid any lineouts then...

Adamson really isn’t a very good ref, Wilson is taking the TonySpreadbury out of him and he is guessing at the scrums.

Prob a fair score at half time. Groom had a semi understandable brain fart which cost us 3 pts

Wind and weather behind us now, let’s run at them in the second half.

Decent contest given conditions.

Sutherland v zander a good battle in the scrum.

Interesting we are the team running more (probably shouldn't be, conditions and skills!)

We're not the only team who are conservative with a rookie fly half.

Fair point. although Thompson not looking that much of a rookie, McLean as well for Glasgow doing well.

Blair Kinghorn needs to leave imo.

He's got far too much potential and is too comfortable here.

It was a pretty even contest, not the highest standard, but conditions and interrupted season perhaps a factor.

Good number of young Scots played over the two legs which is a positive most doing well.

From an ER point of view got to get Sheil and Chamberlain more game time, this season is really the time to get them decent exposure.

Our attack summed up by a scrum pen 5 out, planned move off the back a total car crash with the ball passed to where the runners were not. Something has to change.

Our basic handling throughout the backbone is poor, we look incapable of simply putting the ball through the hands at pace.
