Even though the Ulster match was a loss the packed DAM was great right to the death
Connacht possibly our best performance of the season Kinghorn tore them to pieces
Bath similar to above Watson, Muncaster and Bradbury completely dominated Faletau, Underhill and Bayliss and Kinghorn was again scaring the SteveWalsh out of the opposition
Saracens – I think it was a quite inexperienced team we put out that really fronted up and Savala/Moyano scored a peach with the cross field kick
Overall thoughts on the season - Mostly positive for me 7th place but only 5pts off 3rd in the league and playing some entertaining rugby. Champions Cup qualification achieved which I think is key for progress.
We were close in almost all our games even going to the RDS our 2nd team did well against Leinster 2nds.
The DAM is just what we have needed combined with a more attacking style of play it is really enjoyable experience to watch ER after a good number of “challenging” years.
For next season really need to see us get over the line and win the big games like the Ulster and Wasps matches where we just fell short and maybe pick up some more wins on the road.
