Music in the Prez suite

Postby biffer on Wed Mar 13, 2013 12:40 pm

Is it just me or is the lad who plays the guitar before / after the game not really right for it?

It's all either a bit downbeat (not to say bloody miserable) and half of it's Irish for gods sake.

I liked the three guys with the burans and guitar who sung a few Corries songs. Much more like it - a bit of pint chapping and foot tapping would be welcome. With the current guy I feel like sitting my wrists. Although it does fit with the teams performances this year.
Don't mention Rory Hutton. I did once but I think I got away with it.

I'll second that. More rousing Corries beats, less Danny Boy!

I've mentioned it to Craig Docherty, but I'm guessing it isn't the highest priority item on his list. Anyone know who's in charge of entertainment?

Well it certainly wasn't Bradley he hadn't produced anything resembling entertainment in over a year.

The guy last night was much better. A bit of chat and he managed to get a bit of atmosphere going. Oversaw a couple of folk dancing! A great improvement, well done the club.
