I would argue that we had better quality on the books than Glasgow before this summer so maybe things have been evened up a little...

And anyway, if they had landed this side of the country I doubt that we would be seeing the best of them this season, given the way that we've been playing, so it's no loss really.

Not that easy, what does 'limited' mean?

Should have worded that better. Out of all the signings (loan aside) he'll be on the lowest deal, not quite got him for nothing but you know what I mean. Drawn in by the opportunity to make a mark and get a proper contract.
