Decent squad, worryingly light in back 3 cover hopefully a few are minor.

Looking forward to see how Crosbie goes at 8.

As good a time as any to play leinster, would be massive result with a run of home games to come if we could keep our winning start.

nice one

Looks like they have the same weans for front rows that played against the Weegies, plus Alalatoa, who is a poor scrummager IMHO. So hope for loads of scrums, if can't batter them then something far wrong

Almost time, this is our chance do Leinster, got to make every tackle and break count, and a referee that takes no SteveWalsh.

Far from the ref taking no SteveWalsh, it appears he just is SteveWalsh!

We are playing ok, but lack penetration.

Don’t Leinster have to release after a tackle?

For goodness sake Edinburgh. I know Leinster have good depth but this is our first choice available team. Only 2 short of our best back line. 3 short of our best pack. As for the ref, it's our job to manage the ref.

The breakdown is laughable. But the Leinster captain is constantly speaking to the ref (in the right way). Crickets from us.

Our attack really has to do better. Possibly one of the best and certainly most expensive back 3s in the league our combinations and link play appears to lack precision and cohesion . Defence of the slicker and more lethal Leinster attack looked disjointed.

I'm afraid that just looked like last season.Pretty shocking that we can't beat a second string Leinster with such a strong line up.Some pretty awful mistakes kept compounding and giving away territory.First time Healy has really been tested for Edinburgh or Scotland. Not great apart from his goalkicking with two or three very costly missed touches.
Really need to step up next weekend or the season is going to run away from us quickly.
Oh and looks like more worrying injuries to Crosbie and Watson. We are starting to look very thin in cover to back three of both scrum and backline.

It was very disappointing all round. Not sure what the attacking strategy is to be honest... prepared to reserve judgement on this while all the new aspects of it settle in.

It's concerning that with the forward pack that was put out there wasn't more physical dominance. I appreciate the following statement will not be to everyone's taste, but I think Boan Venter might actually be a better option than Schoeman.
